We hope that you love your boots. If the product you purchased is not as expected, you may return it to us for a refund.

We gladly accept returns purchased from our online store (bootsvibes.com) that are unworn (please walk on a carpeted area when trying on footwear), undamaged, or defective. We are unable to assist with purchases made through third-party retailers.

You may use our online return service to send back your item(s) or ship with a carrier of your choice. If you would like to use our Prepaid Return Shipping Label service, a fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid return labels may only be issued within certain regions. Please be sure to keep any return tracking information and records provided by the shipping carrier for your reference.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
